Interview someone from another "generation" about their experiences in the workplace. Ask the following questions at a minimum.

• • Describe a job where they saw or faced an ethical dilemma.
  • What was the ethical dilemma, and what was at stake with it?
  • How did they try to resolve it?
  • Did they experience any resistance to their solution? Were they ultimately successful?
  • How do they view the ethical dilemmas being faced by today's leaders in their field? Do they feel that leaders from other generations address these ethical dilemmas differently? How so?
