Interview someone that you consider to be a leader and present a brief summary (less than one page single-spaced). The interview summary should include why you considered them to be a leader, the questions you asked, a summary of their answers, and reflectionsabout their responses.

1. The substantive attributes of the person you interviewed. This is based on the nature of their leadership position, character, impact, etc.

2. The quality of the questions you asked them.

3. Your synthesis, summary, and reflections of their responses. Especially as it relates to concepts covered in Leadership class.
