interviewinng is still the most commonly used method in spite of the fact that many studies has shown it to be very flawed technique. however many studies highlited the shortcomings of using interview as a staff selection tool. in light of this statemnt, examine the rational and shortcoming of using interviews as a selection tool in contemporary organisations.
