Make sure your paper is a six (6) page APA 7th Edition Formatted Paper on your topic. The paper should consist of the following section headings: Include: title page an outline an abstract introduction. literature review findings and add at least 2 data graphs. conclusion. recommendations and future research. reference page. The sections between the Introduction and up to and including the Conclusion are what comprise the body of the paper. The body of the paper is to be a minimum of six (6) pages. You must use a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed journal articles as your sources. Additional credible sources are acceptable, i.e., textbooks, white papers, etc. If you do not know what an academic journal peer-reviewed article is, please check with the reference librarian at the STC library. Include at least two (2) charts, tables, or figures as part of the research. In-text citations are required throughout the paper; with, right before, or end of the paragraph as you must give credit to your sources. The Introduction should be utilized to discuss the management theories or concepts that you chose and the peer- reviewed journals that support. Your introduction should also include a discussion of the concept/theory you are interested in and how does it relate to management theories. The Literature Review section of your paper should contain a review of the articles that pertain to your concept/theory. The Findings section of your paper should contain a summary of the findings of the papers you discussed in the Literature Review. This area should also discuss any additional information that you may have found during your research.
