David is the warehouse manager at Squeaky Shoes, a shoe manufacturer in Edmonton. He needs to recruit a couple of strong employees to work in the warehouse to lift heavy boxes, load freight and move equipment. You have two great employees, John and Kyle, who are able to keep up with the heavy demands of the job. John and Kyle are both white males in their early twenties.
