This section should describe the purpose, values, and strengths of Example University in a formal institutional mission statement This section should also respond to the following questions: What type of institution is Example? For what is Example known? Who does Example serve? What is the student profile of Example (e.g. How many students are enrolled? What are the demographics of its students?). In what type of setting is it located (e.g. urban, rural)? Learning Inside and Outside the Classroom.This section should describe the type of learning experiences students enrolled at Example receive. This section should address both learning inside and outside of the classroom. This section should also respond to the following questions: a) What type of learning opportunities are provided to Example students (e.g. service learning, study abroad, faculty mentorship, research opportunities, extracurricular/student organization participation and leadership?) b) Describe these opportunities and how they contribute to student learning and preparation for career outcomes. 3rd page) Affordability.
