Introduction In this project you will design a traffic signals junction made by the meeting of two roads in one of them as a main road. The junction movements are controlled by means of 2 traffic signal heads and 2 pedestrian push buttons. Background In the traffic light junction there are two traffic signal heads with a total of six lights to operate. Red, yellow and the green light from each traffic head as shown by figure 1. The lights operate as per schedule with specific timing for each light to make sure that whenever the traffic is passing through one of the roads the traffic in the other road is stopped.
