The governments of British Columbia want to ensure that there is help for victims of crime to deal with the effects of the crime and the complexities of the criminal justice system. Many communities also have Victim Services Programs attached to the local police department.

Instructions

Design a four-panel victims rights brochure. This brochure must contain the following minimum information:

Panel 1

Panel 2 -

Identify four forms of victim or witness assistance available to victims during the trial and sentencing.(6 marks: 4 marks for content, 2 marks for layout / possible graphic)

Panel 4 -

Identify four rights available to victims after the offender has been convicted.(6 marks: 4 marks for content, 2 marks for layout / possible graphic)
