Jack is on his way to a very important interview at Disneyland and is speeding (85 MPH) down the 57 freeway. A few miles before Jack gets to the 60 freeway interchange, traffic comes to a complete stop. Jack is not paying attention to the traffic because he is sending a text message to a friend about their plans to go to the House of Blues for a concert this weekend. While looking at his phone, Jack plows into the back of Sara's vehicle. Sara suffers a severe back injury and breaks her $2,000 Armani watch. (This is a negligence IRAC)
