1. (a)Explain the concept of "work" in an organization, being sure to distinguish between the concept of "work" and that of a "business process".
2. (b)Throughout the course we have covered several models or frameworks for understanding how "work" is accomplished in an organization. Pick two of these models/frameworks, draw and explain them. Be sure to include in your explanation any important components and distinguishing concept(s).
