Is anyone able to talk me through the questions below pertaining to corporations?

1. A corporation is an artificial person. As an artificial person, what rights does the corporation have under the Constitution of the United States? What rights does a person have that the corporation does not have?

2. Does a corporation have a legal duty to be a good citizen of the community and participate in its activities? Or is the corporation's only legal duty to its shareholders?
