Is my writing for this email correct?

Dear Prof. Joel

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to inform you that because international flights have been suspended for an unknown time in my country (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). The Ministry of the Interior in my country asked me for obtain an exception, travel to Britain, I must obtain a letter from the university explaining the necessity to attend as soon as possible to start the PhD program. If I arrive in Britain, I will complete the registration requirements for the Cultural Attach in Britain - London, from which I will obtain the financial guarantee and submit it directly to the university.

It is my kind request to you to help me in this regard as this is really urgent because I have to submit my papers required by The Ministry of the Interior in my country for get an exception, travel to Britain.
