I am Amal Alomar (Passport No. )(Visa No. .) hereby authorize my husband, Mr. Ali Alharbi (Passport No. ) to follow up my visa procedures at United Kingdom. As part of the process, he may be allowed the same rights as I would have to get details about my visa. I also authorize him to take whatever steps that may be required.
