Is the "Restrict 16-year-old drivers" letter OK to use?

Scenario: You are a social worker. Your daughter attends a local high school here in Ontario. Your daughter asks you to come in to talk to her social studies class about issues that sometimes cause friction between parents and teenagers, such as arguments over getting driver's licences and use of the car.
