Is the U.S. Constitution fundamentally flawed? If so, what do you believe is/are the flaw(s) that hamper the document? What would you cite as the contributing factors to such flaws (i.e. the organization of the ruling structure as a republic rather than a pure democracy, or the advocacy of capitalism over communism or socialism, the lack of libertarian principles, etc.), and is the United States still a "just" state despite the shortcoming or deficiencies that exist. Finally, what would you recommend to cure these intrinsic failures if anything?
