Is this an abstract - This paper presents a corsstabulation and correlation quantitative analysis report regarding the federal employee viewpoint survey 2018 results on two specific research questions. "Is there a significant relationship between the rewarding of creativity and innovation by employees and the employees' length of service in the federal government? And "Is there a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction with the policies and practices of senior leaders and the overall quality of work done by the employee's work unit?" By employing statistical methods on data obtained through the 2018 FEVS, the research inquiries about relationships were investigated. Initial results indicate a notable and beneficial correlation between the recognition of "creativity and innovation" and the duration of employment. Employees who experienced acknowledgment for their inventive efforts showed a tendency to have extended periods of employment. Furthermore, a strong correlation was observed between contentment with the regulations implemented by top leaders and the overall excellence of the duties carried out by the staff members in the unit. There was a positive correlation between levels of contentment with top executive policies and the quality of work produced by units. The results of this study emphasize the criticality of incentivizing innovation and upholding efficient leadership strategies to improve retention of staff and workplace efficiency within states
