Is this sentence correct

According to the Open Source Initiative (opensource.org), to be approved as open source software, it

must be commercially available for sale, source code must be provided, and redistribution of source code

must also be allowed. If the modified source code itself is not disclosed and the output of its

preprocessor is publicly registered as open source SW, then the open source SW is not approved as open

source software by the Open Source Initiative.
