ISA 225 Project 1 Background: You will be using the same dataset from Data Analysis 1, but there is an important difference! You'll understand by reading the below instructions carefully! Instructions: 1. You will be using the same dataset as for Data Analysis 1; however, to be sure you have the correct rows removed, your team must start with the provided dataset for this assignment IowaHousing_P1. 2. Make and briefly describe the distribution for the variable "Bldg_Type". 3. Next, recode "Bldg_Type" to contain only three categories. Do this by going to Cols > Recode > rename three of the categories as shown in the example output below. Note: The upper left choice has "New Column" by default to create a new column named Bldg_Type 2. Do NOT change this! You will use this new variable for the remainder of this assignment. 4. Use "Analyze -> Fit Y by X" to test the hypothesis that there is a significant difference in sale price of houses for each pair of house types (i.e., you will have a total of 3 pairs of comparisons, hence 3 tests to conduct). 5. Find a 95% confidence interval for the difference in mean sale price between town houses and 2-family houses. Interpret your interval using context. 6. Based on your results, discuss with your team members and provide suggestions to potential homebuyers
