FEMA is the main source of spending for domestic relief and response efforts, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Department of State fund these relief and response efforts abroad. Using the Internet, the course text, and the Strayer library, research USAID and find at least two (2) major problems associated with U.S.-based disaster relief at the international level.
