ISSUE FOUR: There has been a great deal of attention paid in recent months to the issue of vaccinations. Many states require that children be vaccinated for measles, mumps, and rubella to attend public schools. Other states have exemptions for religious beliefs or medical conditions. There has also been a strong "anti-vaccination" movement, proposing that vaccinations can harm infants, including blaming vaccinations for autism in children. These parents are refusing to vaccinate their children. As a result of this scenario, we are seeing the reintroduction of measles and, in some cases, polio-like symptoms. WE ARE NOT ADDRESSING THE COVID SITUATION IN THIS DEBATE.

Debate the following statement: There should be a Federal Law requiring all students be vaccinated in order to attend Public School. Hold the "con" position, and argue against the law. You will need to substantiate and defend your position with research and examples.
