It can be said that leadership is both art and science. The science part is knowing that different leadership styles exist, and the variables that help dictate what leadership style should be used in a certain situation. The art component could be considered as to what extent or extreme should a specific leadership style be applied since many leadership styles and be applied in multiple ways.
