It consists of selecting a Product ( THE PRODUCT IS CHEESE) and developing a detailed analysis of the product referring to the following topics:

* Demand, Supply and balance

* Elasticity of Demand

* Elasticity of Supply

* Consumer and Producer Surplus

* Excess supply and shortage supply

* Movement in quantity demanded and quantity supplied

The document must have a minimum of ten pages of its own content. Among the points to be considered as evaluation criteria are Introduction, Coherence and relevance in the development of the analysis of each sub-topic, evidence (graphics and/or tables), organization and spelling. Guidance points to be evaluated in each sub-topic: * Presents the topic in a clear, organized way, identifies the concept(s) for each sub-topic. * Develops the content in a logical, coherent and pertinent way. * The reading is fluid, accessible and explains what is required in the subtopic. * The information is classified and organized. * Develop your conclusion clearly and forcefully. * Communicates effectively what it intends to convey. * Writes complete sentences, makes correct use of language, uses punctuation marks and contains a minimum of grammatical errors.
