It has been an interesting (almost) two years in HR and specifically compensation and benefits due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Identify, and discuss in detail, what you see as the coming challenges and issues in the workplace as it relates to emerging from the pandemic, i.e., how is/will the workplace be different when we emerge from the restrictions, and we will emerge from this. Some things to consider, the impact of the expansion of work from home, how will compensation and benefits change, what impacts will there be on international assignment compensation and benefits. And lastly, coming from the perspective of a Total Compensation Manager, what changes would you make and why?
