It has come to our attention that a number of you spent most of your time using Cell phones and the internet during regular office hours. We are neither restricting you from communicating with your spouse and children during the day nor are we curtailing your personal use of the internet, but cases of distractions have been reported by some supervisors and staff arising from this.
