It is a busy lunch service, and all the tables are occupied and the servers are all busy taking orders and running meals out. The staff have not had a chance to do the usual housekeeping or monitoring of how clean the floors are. A patron is walking from the bar with a round of drinks and slips on a dropped french-fry. They start to fall back but catch themselves. They end up spilling the drinks all over them and are quite shaken up about how close they came to falling over and potentially hurting themselves. As the manager you approach the patron to ensure they are ok. They are quite shaken and becoming angry their outfit is soaked and their day is ruined. Work with the customer to resolve this issue
