Need a strong persuasive message of min 2 pages to be submitted to the visa office to issue visa ..

scenario is as follow:-

I have family of 4 . 2 kids , wife and myself, I am the main sole earner of the family as my wife offer tuition from home but due to covid she is unable to do the same.

In march 2021 I applied for the course to the Boston university America and got admission for the May intake 2021. On the basis of the same visa was applied by my consultant on...5th. April 2021. on 3rd of May I got a visa approval letter from the visa office and a request for passport was there.. unfortunately, visa offices were closed at that time and no courier pick-up was there.

so I submitted the same visa approval letter to the university and they allowed to start online classes on 6th may 2021..ON JUNE 19th Visa office started accepting passport pick up requests and my consultant submitted the same. unfortunately on . 5th augvisa office returned the passport without stamping and didn't gave any reason so my agent again submitted the same on 13th aug . and I continued my studies and on 17th august i completed my first semester fo the said course.

On 8 SEPT 2021, my 2nd-semester classes started. and on the same day i got shock of my life when my consultant informed me that again my passport has been delivered to his office without stamping with a letter of visa refusal.

I suffered a major setback as On Aug 31st i resigned from my job expecting the passport receipt by the 1st week of sept . Now i am nowhere and is very upset how to handle the situation as presently i am the sole earner of the family andI have a responsibility of my 2 children's education and wife who is unable to offer tuition due to covid situation and do not have any source of income.

I am completely shattered and in a very awkward situation As I am a self-made man and belong to the mIddle-class family so to arrange for the university fee of CAD 14040 and For GIC CAD 10200. It was an uphill task for me so I had to sell my property and car, In addition to that presently I am jobless as i resigned from my job on 31st aug expecting my passport duly stamped by 1st week of September.

so presently I am pursuing the online course but need to move tobAmerica after getting the study permit to complete the course,

completion of course for me is of utmost importance for the survival of my family as I have put all my lif's earnings to do this said course,

so i request you to issue me visa approval so that i can complete my course after going to America.
