It is evident that the lack of teamwork in all areas of work is a major source of performance reduction and productivity. Leaders have ignored the concept of team building in the workplace resulting in poor performance, lack of effectiveness and reduced output. The lack of teambuilding affects both employers and employees in that organizational goals and objectives are unable to be achieved. With teamwork, in the workplaces job performance improves, collaboration is enhanced, there is increase in communication, and an increase in overall production
