It is expected to take four years to build the prototype for a new unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). It is estimated that the cost will be $100K in FYX1, $900K in FYX@, $300K in FYX3, and $200K in FYX4. The prototype should be budgeted:

1) $100K in FYX1, $900K in FYX2, $300K in FYX3 and $200K in FYX4 under multiyear procurement

2) Annually funded as $100K in FYX1, $900K in FYX2, $300K FYX3, and $200K in FYX4

3) As $1.5M fully funded in FYX1

4) Incrementally funded as $100K in FYX1, $900K in FYX2, $300K in FYX3, and $200K in FYX4
