It is often said that entrepreneurs are brilliant people with great ideas, but they are often poor managers and business people. Their brains are wired to be creative and think of new ideas but they are not necessarily the right people to grow and or manage those idea once they come to fruition. With that being said, is it important for business owners to consider these factors when starting a business? Why or why not?
