It is very clear to the Director of the PMO that the DOI pilot project will be very complex. The inherent complexity will require a high level of coordination and collaboration within the teams and with other key stakeholders. You are the project manager for this project. The Director has asked you to develop a RACI chart during the Planning phase to assure that all roles will understand their accountabilities, responsibilities and where communications will be directed by the team. You have gathered information to help you. You will refer to the GPS Organization Structure, and Project Management Plan to develop a RACI Chart for the DESIGN phase of the project. To do the entire project at once is a bit daunting. So, you decide to do one phase, show it to the Director to be sure that is what she is looking for. Using the Design phase documentation, label the major deliverables in the RACI. Then identify the necessary resource types or categories required for the Design phase, by deliverable, including those that are accountable for the work, those who will be actively involved in the work and those that you believe should be kept consulted about the work
