It seems like Dr. Wood will be able to accomplish the project but it will be a lot more frustrating for him and everyone else. I feel like people with a lot of technical skill usually do better working alone or in small groups than with large people. Those that are not as skilled as them usually cause them frustration, at least from what I've seen. With the right coaching in the social skills areas he could probably alleviate a lot of stress from the project both from his position and everyone else's. Do you think he would respond well to this type of coaching?
