4. dyyan, aged 17, has just started his studies in a private college in kuala Lumpur . bought a motorcycle from Motor Shop worth RM30,000 so that he can travel to his clagale ayyan promised to pay the Motor Shop by monthly instalments: kay yan also ordered 5 , f. BOOKS at a total sum of RM200 from Kolej Bookshop and promised to pay when he colleat the books. However, after 2 months, he has not paid the monthly instaiments for , motorcycle or the books even though he has taken them. Motor Shop and Kolej Bookshe want to sue him for breach of contract.
