it would be difcult to solve all the problems with a scal policy because of how the government uses the collected revenue. if you don't have more revenue you will struggle to keep these policies in check. i would support the following fiscal policies: creating a govemment jobs program to employ workers. increase GDP. decrease the trade decit and decrease the unemployment rate. Creating more jobs will also decrease the unemployment rate. The Federal Fteserve uses its tools to stimulate the economy often lowering the fed funds rate to increase the money supply. as a result. mortgage and other interest rates decline. With cheaper prices, consumers can borrow and spend more, allowing businesses to meet increased demand. The increased demand lets companies gain access to much needed manpower. Another solution is unemployment benefits; every $1: billion spent created T'Elll} jobs. Unemployment benefits create so many jobs because the unemployed must spend all the benefits received on needs creating more demand. lncreasing GDP means that the people have better income this also correlates with the new job opportunities. Two things need to be done to accomplish this Aggregate demand and Aggregate supply. Aggregate demand means to create ways the consumer will want to buy. This includes reducing the cost of borrowing and increasing consumer spending and investment helps. Increasing real wages leading to increased export spending. Making exports cheaper and imports more expensive increases domestic demand. Aggregate supply involves making more of the product- Development of new technology, the introduction of new management techniques. e.g. better industrial relations helps workers become more productive. more exible working practices such as working from home and selfemployment also help workers to be more productive
