Call an Auction $-$ Instructions in second document titled "Auction Script Guide"

Execute the contract for the successful bidder $-$ This can be a document from your workplace.

Use the template which has been provided to assist you in the completion of this task and return it to your assessor once completed.

As per training package requirements:

Assessment must be conducted in the workplace or in a simulated workplace environment.

The person demonstrating competency must have access to:

auction contract documentation, instructions and auction$-$day procedures

scenarios for disputes between bidders, and bidders and vendors, and when one or both parties refuse to sign the contract of sale

legislation related to sale of property by auction in the state or territory of operation.
