1.What is the purpose of a corporation according to the Freeman's stakeholder view? Is it the same or different from the shareholder view?Why does it matter for the concept of corporate social responsibility?

2. Freeman claims the task of the manager who uses the stakeholder view is to maintain a balance among the stakeholders. Why would this be practically difficult to achieve?

3. Some philosophers have maintained that as a practical matter there isn't a significant difference between the shareholder view and the stakeholder view. A manager using the shareholder view must also recognize and address the interests of all the stakeholders to be successful just like the stakeholder manager. So, what is the difference between them?
