One day a few weeks ago, Mrs. Wu decided to go shopping for food. She went into a local grocery store, located in the Business Center in Chashan. She entered the store, heading through the section where the fresh fruits and vegetables are kept. She had a basket into which she was putting the food she was planning to purchase in her hands, and she was walking along looking down into the food bins, not looking into the direction where she was walking. About half a minute before Mrs. Wu walked past the bin where the bananas are kept, a young boy was walking by that bin with his mother. Better clean it up!" (Of course, she said this in Chinese, but you get the point). The co-worker nodded, but had not yet started to move in the direction of the mess, when Mrs. Wu stepped on the bananas, fell, and broke her leg.- 1. Who, if anyone, is liable to Mrs. Wu for her injuries? Why?v
