It's Date Night with her boyfriend and Katy Perry has had a little too much to drink. As she is leaving the restaurant with her date, she slurs her words, loses her balance, and takes a fall. All of this is captured by the Paparazzi and then a story is published, along with footage of her laying on the ground. The story along with the photo goes on to say that Ms. Perry is an "alcoholic" and "...refuses help". If she sues for Libel, what else will she need to prove in her effort to move forward with her lawsuit
