At 6:00 pm on a Wednesday night in a dimly lit conference room at a law ofce on the 23ml floor, Randy Oldood is nervous. In walks the company President Kimberly Delmolino and the Board of Directors of Chez Suave, Inc. "We have agreed to purchase your shares in the company pursuant to the Buy-Sell provisions of the Shareholders Agreement. The court will accept the proceeds from the sale to be distributed according to the equitable distribution provisions of your divorce decree. You will turn in your company car, and any credit cards for expense accounts in your possession." A lump forms in Randy's throat. "Do I still have a job, Kim?\" Randy asks. "I'm sorry Randy, but you turned a justified Sprained finger into a major embarrassment for this company spending a fortune in legal fees to pursue a frivolous claim. You're lucky that's all she did. Did you think that they wouldn't see the restaurant video? Or ask about any other incidents during discovery? You've left a trail of harassment a mile long.
