Hero Alam, a popular Bangladeshi actor, dancer and singer, enters into a

contract with Ananta Jalil, the owner of Monsoon theater, to sing at his theater

two nights in every week during the next two months, and Ananta Jail agrees

to pay him 10,00,000/- Taka for each night's performance. On the sixth night

Hero Alam willfully absents himself from the theatre for his performance.

Ananta Jalil sustained a huge loss. Being aggrieved Ananta Jalil put an end to

the contract with Hero Alam.
