IV. Mr Mark Twain who arrived from New York on April 18, 2023, came back to the Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA) on September 12, 2023, to collect a suitcase which he had forgot in the Passenger Terminal. After several look on the airport the item could not be found which made Mr Twain upset. Customs is believed to take home items not belonging to them. As the Officer in charge of cargo disposal explain what steps you would take to validate to Mr Twain the movement of the suitcase and what might have happened to the item 1n question. (12 marks)
