I've always wondered if class attendance leads to higher test scores. To that end, I've done the following: every quarter that I give a paper test (i.e., not on canvas), I check to see who picks-up their test, and who doesn't. I label the two groups as attending and non-attending groups, respectively. I have found that the attending group has test scores that are 10% to 15% higher than the non-attending group. Is my study a A) survey/observational study. B) 1-track experiment. C) randomized comparative experiment. D) double-blind randomized experiment
