Ive attached a list of jobs that are currently running in our cluster. Each job is listed on a single line, with information about the user, group, CPU cores requested or in use, and the job state. Your task is to write a program that reads in this file, and creates a report showing the number of running and pending jobs and cores arranged by group and user.
