I've been in the field of IT for over 20 years. Several opportunities for certification training were presented and I noticed my coworkers were going, one person in particular quiet often. When I inquired I was told to complete some in-house training first. Ok, I did. I was then passed up on more training and when asked why, I was told I hadn't been there long enough.
