Ivy lost her pet dog, a Shin Tzu Perrin breed. She placed posters around the neighbourhood asking members of the public to help find her dog. Sofia found the dog and returned it to Ivy. Ivy was so excited and then promised to give Sofia a reward of RM10,000 for having found the dog. To date Ivy has not paid Sofia.
