Ivy regularly goes bens cafe and she never noticed that a small sign next to the umbrella which is no responsibility for any loss or damage to property left unattended

she slipped and fell as she stepped on a banana skin as the cafe staff was too busy to pick up it. Ivy suffered pain and paid expensive pills and she cannot work which reduce her income. She is now taking legal action against Ben cafe

when ivy fell she knocked over nicks laptop and he lost most documents and the laptop is unrecoverable which threaten his work he is also taking legal action to claim his loss
