Iwant to start an entertainment service platform business that helps viewers of shows and movies conveniently search a movie title and be given informational links to the streaming services that offer the film or show. I know nothing about business and would appreciate some advice.

1. How should I go about setting up this business? What services/products could I offer?
2. What kind of business entity would work best for my business? What are the advantages and disadvantages of the entity I chose (ie. Sole proprietorship, Partnership, LLC or corporation)?
3. What types of licenses will I need to start conducting business? Are there any professional licenses I will need?
4. What types of insurances will I need?
5. What contracts will I need to have in order to get my business up and running? Will I need a lease? What kind of contracts will I need for my clients? How about for vendors? What kind of contract will I have with any people I might be starting the business with (ie. Partnership agreements or Operating Agreements)? When discussing the necessary contracts, can I draft the contracts up myself, or will I need to hire an attorney to help you do so?
6. What exactly should I be looking for from the investor in the way of money? Should I ask for a specific amount of money and detail how it will be used?
