J C Penney, has hired you to produce a quarterly and annual revenue forecast and perform SPC.

Quarterly Revenue Forecast

Using annual revenue from 2006-2020 and quarterly revenue from 1/31/2005 - 7/31/2020, construct a proper forecast for the next four years and four quarters (you will not reserve the most recent observation). J C Penney has requested that you provide the MSE and the forecasts from all models (not just the best) that you produce along with a discussion about the risk of their company (feel free to research this online but please include a citation).

Statistical Process Control

J C Penney has recently implemented a manager training program to improve customer relations to hopefully boost sales. To understand the effectiveness of the program, J C Penney randomly selected 30 managers and collected the following variables:

1. Manager ID: The unique ID number assigned to each manager.

2. Customer Satisfaction: This was measured by randomly selecting 50 customers from each manager's store then counting the number of customers that responded as being satisfied with the current customer service.

3. Sales: This was measured by randomly selecting 7 days from the last month and recording the sales in USD at the J C Penney each manager oversees.
