Jack and joe go up the hill to fetch a pail of water. On their way down from the hill jack and jill carry the bucket together because it's so heavy. However, as they near the bottom jack and jill dropped the pail and the water spills all over the place. Joe who is walking nearby slips on the puddle caused by the spill and suffers a $100,000 worth of damage. Jack and jill were both negligent and spilling the water. Unfortunately jack has no money.
