Jack and jone were friends. They had a long-standing professional relationship based on their services as court judges since the 1990s. They both retired and Jack started his own law office and he became an attorney for many corporates. One of these corporates is United Construction (UC), a huge company specialized in building residential complexes and hotel facilities. UC started experiencing financial difficulties which forced them to ask their lawyer Jack to file a bankruptcy case. Jack is not familiar with bankruptcy issues and while talking to his friend jone, Jack informed jone that he has many personal problems and he is struggling with this bankruptcy case and other sophisticated contracts. jone became concerned about Jack's situation and decide to go and see him. While jone was at the airport waiting to fly to the city where Jack lives and works, he received an email from Jack secretary with documents attached relating to the bankruptcy case and other contracts for jone to review. After jone finished his visit to Jack he sent him a bill of 20000 $ as a fee for reviewing the case and the contract sent by Jack secretary. Jack replied back to jone: I received your bill last week and I was very shocked. I do not know what have you done to think you deserve any kind of payment. How productive is jone's decision if he decides to file a suit against Jack for breach of contract?
