He promised that the truck was in great condition. Two days after the sale, Jack discovered a problem with the clutch. The clutch worsened and the next week Jack paid $1,800 to have the clutch fixed. Two weeks later, the brakes failed on the truck. Jack sued Chad for breach of his express warranty.
